Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related disciplines from a recognized institution. Postgraduate degrees such as M.Tech, M.Sc (Statistics), MCA, or MBA/PGDM with finance specialization are highly valued. Additional certifications in machine learning, artificial intelligence, or natural language processing strengthen candidacy.
Work Experience Requirements: Minimum experience levels vary by position. The GM & Chief AI Officer role demands 15+ years in banking, BFSI, or IT sectors, with at least 3+ years in senior leadership managing AI, analytics, and enterprise transformation initiatives. DGM positions require minimum 10+ years of experience with 2+ years in senior leadership roles focused on analytics, governance, compliance, or data engineering. AI Architect roles typically require 8-10+ years of relevant professional experience. Leadership experience with Scheduled Commercial Banks or Fortune 500 corporations is preferred.
Age Limits: The GM & Chief AI Officer position is open to candidates aged 40-55 years. DGM roles accept applications from candidates aged 35-50 years. AI Solution Architect positions are for those aged 30-45 years, while Enterprise AI Architect roles accept candidates aged 28-43 years. All age considerations are evaluated as of 30 September 2026.
Compensation and Terms
Selected candidates receive a fixed-term employment agreement with tenure of 3 years, renewable for up to 2 additional years, with total engagement not exceeding 5 years. Compensation ranges from Rs. 90 Lakhs to Rs. 160 Lakhs per annum, varying based on the specific position and candidate profile. Postings are typically based in Mumbai, though deployment across India is possible depending on organizational requirements.
Selection Process
Recruitment follows a three-stage evaluation framework comprising initial shortlisting of applications, comprehensive interviews to assess technical expertise and leadership capabilities, and final CTC negotiations with selected candidates.
