Refund Policy

All purchases made on Bankopedia — including but not limited to premium subscriptions, one-time plan upgrades, and any other paid features — are final and non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, credits, or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Failure to use the subscription or its features
• Dissatisfaction with the content
• Accidental or duplicate purchases
• Technical issues on the user’s device or network
• Account suspension or termination due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions

Upon purchase, your subscription grants you access to premium features for the duration of the billing period you selected (monthly, annual, or otherwise).

Your subscription will remain active and valid until the end of the current billing period, even if you choose to cancel before that date. Access is not revoked upon cancellation — it continues until the period you paid for expires.

After cancellation, your subscription will not auto-renew and no further charges will be made.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings page. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any prior billing period already paid.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to immediately suspend your account and permanently ban you from future purchases on Bankopedia.

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us through our contact page before raising a dispute with your payment provider.

In rare cases where applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction mandates a refund right that cannot be waived by contract, we will comply with that legal obligation. Such exceptions are narrow and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis upon written request.

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the Website or any paid service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
