Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must fulfill the following educational qualifications and age requirements:
- For Faculty: Applicants should hold a Graduate degree (in any stream such as Science, Commerce, or Arts) or a Post Graduate degree. Proficiency in the local language is essential, and fluency in English and Hindi will be considered an additional advantage. Desirable qualifications include MSW/MA in Rural Development/MA in Sociology/Psychology/B.Sc. (Veterinary), B.Sc. (Horticulture), B.Sc. (Agri.), B.Sc. (Agri Marketing)/B.A. with B.Ed.
- For Watchman / Gardener: Candidates must have successfully passed the 7th Standard. Individuals with prior experience, particularly in agriculture, gardening, or horticulture, will be given preference.
The prescribed age limit for both positions is between 22 to 40 years. The engagement for selected candidates will be on a purely temporary and contractual basis for a period of three years, subject to annual performance reviews. It is important to note that this engagement does not confer any right or claim for regular or permanent appointment within the organisation.
Selection Process
The selection procedure for these roles will involve a comprehensive assessment designed to evaluate various competencies:
- Written Test: This examination will gauge candidates' General Knowledge and Computer proficiency.
- Personal Interview: An interview panel will assess aspects such as communication skills, leadership qualities, attitude, problem-solving abilities, capacity to interact effectively with trainees, and a developmental outlook.
- Demonstration/Presentation: Candidates applying for the Faculty position will also be required to deliver a demonstration or presentation to evaluate their teaching effectiveness and communication capabilities.
