NABARD Consultancy Services (NABCONS), a wholly owned subsidiary of NABARD, is recruiting three specialized professionals on a contract basis for deployment at its Patna office. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced banking and financial services professionals to contribute to strategic initiatives in banking operations, digital transformation, and financial management within the cooperative banking ecosystem.

Eligibility Criteria
PMU Lead - Banking Operations Expert:
- Educational Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Commerce, Banking, Finance, Management, or allied fields from a recognized institution
- Experience: Minimum 8-10 years in banking operations
- Preferred background: Cooperative Banks, Commercial Banks, PSU Banks, or financial institutions
- Desirable exposure to branch operations, business planning, credit management, regulatory compliance, and institutional strengthening
Tech/Digital Expert:
- Educational Qualification: BE/B.Tech/M.Tech in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or related disciplines from a recognized institution
- Experience: Minimum 8-10 years in Banking IT, Fintech, Digital Banking, or Cooperative Banking IT Systems
- Demonstrated expertise in digital transformation initiatives, CBS platforms, IT systems management, cybersecurity, and digital banking solutions
Accounting & Financial Management Expert:
- Educational Qualification: CA/CS/LLB/MBA (Finance) from a recognized institution
- Experience: Minimum 7-10 years in banking compliance, accounting, finance, audit, regulatory affairs, or allied domains
- Preferred background: Cooperative Banking or Financial Institutions
General Requirements (All Posts):
- Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and report writing
- Knowledge of banking regulations, cooperative banking environment, and financial sector reforms is desirable
Selection Process
The recruitment follows a two-stage selection methodology:
- Application Screening: Submitted applications will be evaluated based on qualifications, relevant experience, and adherence to eligibility criteria
- Personal Interview/Interaction: Shortlisted candidates will participate in a personal interview conducted by the Selection Committee to assess technical competency, domain expertise, and suitability for the role
