Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Candidates must possess a postgraduate degree, specifically M.Com, M.Sc (Science), MCA, or MBA/PGDM.
• The degree should be obtained from a University recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and affiliated with Gujarat University.
• A minimum aggregate of 55% marks is mandatory in both Graduation and Post-Graduation. For direct M.Sc (Science), MCA, or MBA courses, a minimum of 55% marks is also required.
• Proficiency and knowledge of the Gujarati language are compulsory for all applicants.

Age Limit

• Applicants must be between a minimum age of 21 years and a maximum age of 30 years.
• The crucial date for age calculation is November 1, 2026.

Pay Scale

Selected candidates will receive a fixed monthly stipend of Rs. 22,000/- during the initial two-year training period. Upon successful completion of this period, their compensation will be revised to the regular clerical scale as per the bank's norms.

Selection Process

The selection methodology for the Clerical Trainee positions will comprise two main stages:

1. Written Test: An online written examination will be conducted by IBPS Mumbai.
2. Oral Interview: Candidates who successfully qualify in the written test will be invited for a personal interview. Eligibility for candidates who have passed Post Graduation at the time of the personal interview will also be considered.
