Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification & Experience:
Candidates must hold a Graduate or Post-Graduate degree from any recognized discipline (Science, Commerce, Arts). Preference will be given to those with qualifications such as MSW, MA in Rural Development, MA in Sociology/Psychology, B.Sc. in Veterinary/Horticulture/Agriculture/Agri. Marketing, or B.A. with B.Ed. Prior experience in a Faculty role is preferred.
Essential Skills:
Applicants must demonstrate a strong aptitude for teaching and possess sound computer knowledge. Excellent communication skills in the local language are essential, and proficiency in English and Hindi, along with typing skills in these languages, will be considered an added advantage. Typing skills in the local language are mandatory.
Age Limit:
Candidates' age should be between 22 and 40 years as on October 1, 2026.
Pay Scale & Benefits:
The selected Faculty will receive a consolidated salary ranging from Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 40,000 per month. Additionally, a Fixed Conveyance Allowance of Rs. 2,500 per month and a Mobile Allowance of Rs. 300 per month will be provided. An annual performance incentive of Rs. 2,000 is also applicable based on satisfactory service. Statutory benefits, including EPF, ESI, and Gratuity, will be extended as per applicable rules.
Selection Process
The selection methodology for the Faculty position will encompass three distinct stages:
- Written Test: This stage will evaluate the candidate's general knowledge and computer proficiency.
- Personal Interview: Designed to assess communication abilities, leadership qualities, attitude, problem-solving skills, interpersonal effectiveness with trainees, and overall developmental approach.
- Demonstration/Presentation: Candidates will be required to give a demonstration or presentation to assess their teaching skills and communication effectiveness.
