Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Applicants must possess a graduate degree from a university recognized by the government. Preference will be given to candidates holding a postgraduate degree in fields such as Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Sociology, Psychology, or Social Work.
Language and Computer Proficiency
- Candidates must be proficient in the local language of the region.
- Knowledge of computer operations is mandatory.
Experience
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Nationalized Bank, Regional Rural Bank (RRB), or other related financial institutions is required. Alternatively, individuals with experience as a Business Correspondent (BC) or BC Coordinator, or 3 years of experience as an RSETI Director, are also eligible. Retired bank employees are particularly encouraged to apply.
Age Limit
The maximum age for eligible candidates is 65 years.
Pay Scale
Selected Financial Literacy Counselors will receive a fixed remuneration of Rs. 15,000/- per month, in addition to a maximum of Rs. 3,000/- per month to cover miscellaneous expenses.
