Eligibility Criteria

Dean, SBIL Kolkata

• Education: MBA, Executive MBA, PGDM, PGDBA (minimum 55% marks) in any discipline, OR Ph.D./M.Phil from an Indian university or recognised B-school
• Experience: Minimum 15 years post-qualification, including at least 3 years in senior leadership positions such as Dean, Deputy Dean, Principal, Director, VP/Senior VP in training institutes, universities, business schools, or educational corporations
• Age: 40–55 years
• Preference: MBA/Ph.D./M.Phil in Banking & Finance; experience in executive education; proven corporate leadership background

Faculty, SBIL Kolkata

• Education: Postgraduate qualification (minimum 55% marks) in any discipline; Ph.D./M.Phil is an additional advantage
• Experience: Minimum 6 years of teaching experience as Faculty, Professor, Assistant/Associate Professor, or Corporate Trainer in universities, training institutes, business schools, or educational organisations
• Age: 35–55 years
• Preference: Advanced qualifications in Banking & Finance; teaching experience in executive education; corporate leadership credentials

Marketing Executive, SBIL Kolkata

• Education: MBA or equivalent in Marketing (minimum 55% marks)
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in marketing roles, with at least 3 years in promoting executive education programmes, management institutes, universities, training organisations, or EdTech platforms
• Age: 28–40 years
• Preference: Expertise in branding, international partnerships, programme development, and revenue generation

Deputy Vice President (IT Risk)

• Education: BE/BTech (Computer Science, Electronics & Communications, IT, Cybersecurity) minimum 50%, OR MCA/MSc (Computer Science/IT) minimum 50%, OR MTech (Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security) minimum 50%
• Experience: Minimum 12 years in IT domain, with at least 6 years in IT risk management or information security (preferable)
• Certifications: At least one of CISSP, CRISC, CISM, or CISA (valid as of application deadline)

Assistant Vice President (IT Risk)

• Education: BE/BTech (Computer Science, Electronics & Communications, IT, Cybersecurity) minimum 50%, OR MCA/MSc (Computer Science/IT) minimum 50%, OR MTech (Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security) minimum 50%
• Experience: Minimum 9 years in IT domain, with at least 5 years in IT risk management or information security (preferable)
• Certifications: At least one of CISSP, CRISC, CISM, or CISA (valid as of application deadline)

Important Notes: Teaching/training experience does not count towards IT Risk post eligibility. Candidates cannot apply for both IT Risk positions simultaneously; only the latest application will be considered. All qualifications are minimum requirements, and candidates must possess full-time experience in the specified field as certified by their employer.

Selection Process

The recruitment process follows a multi-stage approach designed to identify the most suitable candidates:

1. Shortlisting: Qualified candidates will be shortlisted based on their qualifications, experience, and eligibility against the notification criteria
2. Interview: Shortlisted candidates will appear for a comprehensive interview assessment
3. Demonstration Session (for Dean & Faculty): Candidates for Dean and Faculty positions will be required to conduct a demonstration session as part of the evaluation process
4. CTC Negotiation: Selected candidates will engage in compensation structure discussions with the bank

Application Fee: General, EWS, and OBC candidates must pay ₹750. SC, ST, and PwBD candidates are exempt from fees.
