Educational Qualification

Professional Experience

Critically, a minimum of 5 years of specialized experience in Information Security, Cyber Security, or Cyber Defense at the senior management level in banks or financial institutions is mandatory.

Preferred Certifications

While not mandatory, the following professional certifications will strengthen candidatures:

• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
• Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
• Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO)
• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)

Age Limit

The maximum permissible age is 57 years as on 31 August 2026. No age relaxation has been specified in the notification.

Compensation Structure

The selected candidate will receive an annual package of up to Rs. 2.50 crore. The compensation is structured with 90% as fixed pay and 10% as variable pay, providing a competitive remuneration for this senior executive role.
