Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification & Experience:
- General Manager (Information Technology): B.Tech/BE in Computer Science/Information Technology with at least 12 years of post-qualification experience in an IT Department.
- Deputy General Manager (Human Resource): MBA (HR) / PGDM (HR) with a minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience in an HR Department.
- Assistant General Manager (Accounts): Chartered Accountant / Cost and Management Accountant / MBA (Finance) or PGDM (Finance) with a minimum of 12 years of post-qualification experience.
- Manager (Human Resource): MBA (HR) / PGDM (HR) with a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience.
- Manager (Legal): LLB / LLM with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience.
- Deputy General Manager (Company Secretary): Graduate degree with Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), along with a minimum of 12 years of post-qualification experience.
Age Limit:
The general age limit ranges from a minimum of 25 years to a maximum of 56 years, but it varies significantly for individual posts:
- General Manager (Information Technology) & Deputy General Manager (Human Resource): Maximum age 56 years.
