NaBFID is recruiting for 1 position of Chief Information Security Officer. This senior-level role is critical for overseeing the organization's information security strategy, policies, and implementation across all technology systems and networks.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: Candidates must hold an engineering degree (B.Tech/B.E) or postgraduate qualification (M.E/M.Tech) in Computer Science, Computer Science & Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Cyber Security, or related disciplines. Alternatively, an MCA or equivalent professional qualification is also acceptable.

Experience Requirements: A minimum of 15 years of professional experience in the financial sector is mandatory. Within this, candidates must demonstrate at least 10 years of specialized experience in banking IT operations, IT policy formulation and planning, financial networks and systems administration, financial information systems management, cybersecurity technologies, payment systems, or information security auditing. Crucially, at least 5 of these 10 years must be specifically focused on information security management, information systems auditing, cyber defence operations, or advanced cybersecurity roles.

Age Limit: Candidates must not exceed 55 years of age at the time of application.

Selection Process

The recruitment will follow a structured multi-stage evaluation process. Initially, applications will be screened and shortlisted based on adherence to eligibility criteria and relevance of professional experience. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a personal interview conducted by the selection committee. Depending on the outcomes of the initial interview, selected candidates may be required to undergo psychometric assessments and/or assessment centre evaluations to ensure suitability for the strategic nature of the role.
