Of the 22 posts, 3 are horizontally reserved for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) — 1 for Visually Impaired (VI) and 2 for Hearing Impaired (HI) candidates, as per the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016. Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Applicants must have successfully cleared the CA Final examination on or before the cut-off date of 30 June 2026. Additionally, they must be registered as newly qualified Chartered Accountants on the ICAI Placement Portal (icaiplacements.icai.org). Only those appearing through this ICAI campus placement mechanism will be considered.
Age Limit

Category-Specific Eligibility Notes
- SC/ST Candidates: Must produce a valid Caste Certificate in the Government of India prescribed format issued by a Competent Authority, as and when requested.

The OBC certificate must be in the GoI-prescribed format with the Non-Creamy Layer clause, issued between 01 April 2026 and the date of interview. - EWS Candidates: Must provide an Income & Asset Certificate based on gross annual income for FY 2025–26, valid for the year 2026–27, as per GoI guidelines. EWS vacancies are provisional and subject to government directives and judicial outcomes.
- PwBD Candidates: Must submit a disability certificate from a Competent Authority as per GoI norms. Temporary or condition-likely-to-improve disabilities are not eligible for reservation benefits.
- Category change requests after registration will not be entertained under any circumstances.
Selection Process
There is no separate written examination for this recruitment. The selection process comprises:

- Shortlisting: NaBFID will shortlist candidates directly through the ICAI Placement mechanism based on their academic profile and registration details.
