Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- For Manager: Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum of 55% marks. Additionally, candidates are required to have at least 3 years of experience in an officer cadre role in any commercial bank or 5 years of experience in a cooperative bank or financial institution. Permanent residency in Odisha is mandatory.
- For Assistant Manager: A Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum of 55% marks is essential.
