In cases where multiple candidates achieve the same cut-off marks, age will be used as a tie-breaking criterion, with older candidates given preference. Indian Overseas Bank reserves the right to modify the selection method based on the volume of applications received. Simply meeting the minimum eligibility criteria does not guarantee an interview call; the bank may consider additional qualifications and a higher level of experience or responsibility for shortlisting.
