Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in any discipline, or possess a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification. Preferred qualifications include an MBA or PGDM with specialization in Finance, Banking, or International Business; alternatively, CFA, FRM, or PRM certifications are valued.
Professional Experience: A minimum of 15 years of officer-level experience in public sector, private sector, or foreign banks is required. Of this experience, at least 3 years must be in offshore banking operations, overseas branches, or IFSC banking units of public or private banks.
Current Designation Requirements: Candidates must currently hold one of the following positions: (a) Deputy General Manager or equivalent role in private/foreign banks (designation at least 4 levels below the MD & CEO), with a minimum of 1 year in the present cadre; OR (b) Assistant General Manager or equivalent role in private/foreign banks (designation at least 5 levels below the MD & CEO), with a minimum of 2 years in the present cadre.
Desirable Experience: Professional exposure in foreign exchange business, global trade operations, or international banking transactions within Indian or foreign banking institutions is considered desirable.
Age Limit: The maximum age limit is 55 years at the time of application. Candidates are advised to calculate their exact age before submission to confirm eligibility.
Salary and Benefits
Pay Scale: Rs. 156,500–173,860 (with annual increments)
CTC: Approximately Rs. 44 lacs per annum
Allowances: As per Scale VII, eligible candidates receive Dearness Allowance (D.A.), House Rent Allowance (HRA) or Lease Rental, City Compensatory Allowance (CCA), medical facilities, and other allowances and perquisites as per prevailing rules.

Selection Process
