Vacancy Details

IBPS will conduct the CRP RRBs-XV for multiple positions within Regional Rural Banks, including:

  • Office Assistant (Multipurpose)
  • Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager)
  • Officer Scale-II General Banking Officer (Manager)
  • Officer Scale-II Specialist Officer (Manager)
  • Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager)

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • Office Assistant (Multipurpose): A Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university or its equivalent. Proficiency in the local language of the participating RRB and a working knowledge of computers are desirable.
  • Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager): A Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university or its equivalent. Candidates with degrees in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Veterinary Science, IT, Management, Law, Economics, or Accountancy may receive preference. Local language proficiency and computer knowledge are also relevant.
  • Officer Scale-II General Banking Officer (Manager): A Bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 50% aggregate marks, along with the prescribed experience in banking or financial institutions.
  • Officer Scale-II Specialist Officer (Manager): Candidates must possess the relevant professional qualification in their respective specialization (e.g., IT, CA, Law, Treasury, Marketing, Agriculture) along with the required work experience.
  • Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager): A Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks and at least five years of experience as an Officer in a bank or financial institution.

Age Limit (as of a specified date, to be confirmed in detailed notification)

  • Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Between 18 and 28 years.
  • Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager): Above 18 years and below 30 years.
  • Officer Scale-II (Manager): Above 21 years and below 32 years.
  • Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager): Above 21 years and below 40 years.

Age relaxations for candidates belonging to reserved categories will be applied as per the government regulations outlined in the full IBPS CRP RRBs-XV notification.

Selection Process

The selection methodology varies depending on the applied post:

  • Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Candidates will undergo a Preliminary Examination followed by a Main Examination. There is no interview component for this post.
  • Officer Scale-I: The selection process includes a Preliminary Examination, a Main Examination, and a subsequent Interview.
  • Officer Scale-II & III: Applicants will appear for a Single Online Examination, followed by an Interview.
