Vacancy Details
The recruitment comprises three distinct roles across multiple locations:
- Qualified/Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountants: Positions include Head/Internal and Concurrent Audit roles for qualified CAs, and Internal Audit Associate positions for semi-qualified CAs. Qualified Company Secretaries are also eligible to apply. Locations: Jagtial, Hyderabad, and Vijayawada.
- Junior Software Associate: Based in Jagtial. Restricted to male candidates only, as per the bank's requirement.
- Law Officer: Position in Jagtial requiring legal expertise and banking sector experience.
Eligibility Criteria
For Law Officer Position: Candidates must hold an LLB or LLM degree with a minimum of 5 years' professional experience in legal practice or equivalent banking sector exposure. Computer literacy is mandatory. Age should not exceed 65 years.
For Junior Software Associate Position: Applicants must possess an MCA, M.Tech (Computer Science and Electronics), or M.Sc. (Computer Science) qualification with a minimum academic weightage score of 70 marks on the bank's evaluation scale (maximum 85 marks). Relevant professional certifications strengthening the primary qualification are required. Only male candidates are eligible. Age should not exceed 28 years (born after 01 August 1998).
For Qualified/Semi-Qualified CA Position: Candidates should be qualified Chartered Accountants, semi-qualified Chartered Accountants, or qualified Company Secretaries. Professional experience in bank audits, statutory audits, or concurrent audits is preferred but not mandatory—freshers may also apply. Computer proficiency is essential. Age should not exceed 30 years (born after 01 July 1996).
Selection Process
The bank follows a straightforward two-stage selection methodology without conducting written examinations. Shortlisted candidates will be called for a structured interview round, followed by document verification. Performance in the interview and authenticity of submitted credentials will determine final selection. For the Junior Software Associate role, only candidates meeting the minimum academic weightage threshold of 70 marks will be invited for the interview.
