Eligibility Criteria
Assessment Date: All qualifications and age computations are based on 31 August 2026.
Deputy Manager (Grade/Scale JM I) – Banking Operations (6 Posts)
Educational Qualification: Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree from a recognised university (minimum 3-year full-time programme) with at least 50% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA. Additionally, candidates require a Post-Graduation qualification—either an MBA, PGDBA, PGDBM, or MMS with Finance, International Business, or Foreign Trade specialisation (minimum 2-year full-time course), or a Chartered Accountant (CA) certification. For CA holders, passing the professional examination suffices, though ICAI membership is compulsory. Institutions must be accredited by the Government, AICTE, or UGC.
Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience post-qualification is mandatory. This should be gained in a reputed commercial bank, financial institution, or state-level term lending entity. Preferred experience encompasses project finance evaluation, credit assessment, term lending operations, cross-border risk evaluation, and international joint venture financing.
Age Limit: Maximum age is 31 years for OBC candidates, 33 years for SC and ST candidates, as on 31 August 2026.
Manager (Grade/Scale MM II) – Internal Audit (2 Posts)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree from a recognised institution (minimum 3-year full-time programme) with at least 50% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA is required. Post-Graduation qualification must be MBA, PGDBA, PGDBM, or MMS specialising in Finance, International Business, or Foreign Trade (minimum 2-year full-time course with 50% aggregate marks), or CA with ICAI membership. Institutions must be recognised by Government, AICTE, or UGC.
Work Experience: Candidates must demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a scheduled commercial bank, all-India financial institution, or recognised organisation in internal audit or credit audit roles. Key responsibilities should include internal audit report preparation and submission, audit compliance monitoring, timely observation analysis for audit committees, scope and procedure reviews, and interactions with RBI on audit and inspection matters. Prior experience must be at Scale I or equivalent designation.
Age Limit: Maximum age is 33 years for OBC candidates, 35 years for SC and ST candidates, as on 31 August 2026.
General Eligibility Requirements

- Candidates awarded CGPA/GPA by their university must obtain a conversion certificate from the institution's head or examination controller if percentage equivalency is not documented on the academic transcript
- Distance learning, correspondence, part-time, open university, external, or e-learning qualifications are not recognised for this recruitment
- Persons with Disabilities receive an additional 10-year age relaxation beyond the standard upper limit
- Ex-servicemen are eligible for an additional 5-year age relaxation
Selection Process
The recruitment employs a multi-stage evaluation framework. Qualified applicants will undergo a computer-based written examination tentatively scheduled for November 2026. Examination centres have been designated across five metropolitan locations: Chennai, Kolkata, Mumbai, New Delhi, and Guwahati. Candidates who successfully clear the written test will proceed to a personal interview round, to be conducted in Mumbai and New Delhi. Final selection will be determined based on cumulative performance across both stages. The Bank reserves the right to modify examination schedules or venues as operational requirements dictate.

No alternative submission methods—including post, email, or in-person submission—will be entertained. Candidates must complete the online form in its entirety and remit the applicable examination fee within the stipulated deadline.
