Eligibility Criteria

Prospective applicants for the Bank Resource Person post must satisfy the following conditions:

  • Educational Qualification & Experience: Candidates must be retired bank employees who have served at Scale-III or a higher position.
  • Age Limit: The maximum age for applicants is 62 years as of January 1, 2026.
  • Skills & Knowledge:
    • Demonstrated ability for extensive travel in rural areas.
    • Fundamental knowledge of computer operations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with documented training in communication.
    • Clear and comprehensive understanding of the functioning of Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and SHG-based Federations, including bookkeeping, auditing, financial inclusion, and processes like MIP (Micro Investment Plan) and PIP (Project Implementation Plan).
    • A keen desire to learn new skills and acquire knowledge.
    • Must be physically fit to undertake the responsibilities of the role.

Selection Process
