Vacancy Details
CFSL is recruiting four Managers across specialised functional areas, each based in Mumbai, Maharashtra:
- Accounts Manager (General/UR) – 1 vacancy
- Business Development Manager (General/UR) – 1 vacancy
- Information Technology Manager (General/UR) – 1 vacancy
- Company Secretary Manager (General/UR) – 1 vacancy

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications: All qualifications must be obtained from institutions recognised or approved by the Government of India, AICTE, or UGC. Correspondence and part-time courses are not acceptable. Eligibility is assessed as of 31 August 2026.
Manager – Accounts: Applicants must hold a CA, CA Intern qualification, or an MBA in Finance. A minimum of three years of post-qualification experience in Accounts is mandatory. Employees of Central Bank of India subsidiaries with two years of Accounts experience are also eligible.
Manager – Business Development: An MBA or BBA in Marketing, Finance, Banking, or Financial Services from an AICTE or UGC-approved institution is required. Candidates must demonstrate at least three years of relevant post-qualification experience in Business Development, Client Acquisition, or Relationship Management in Trusteeship Services. Central Bank of India subsidiary employees with two years of relevant experience may apply.
Manager – Information Technology: Candidates should possess a BE, BTech, BCS, B.Sc., or BCA in Computer Science or IT, or alternatively an MCA or M.Sc. in Computer Science or IT from an AICTE-approved institution. A minimum of three years of post-qualification experience in IT infrastructure, software/application management, or cybersecurity is essential. Desirable IT certifications include AWS, Azure or GCP Solutions Architect, CISSP, CISM or CISO, Oracle DBA, Microsoft SQL Server, PMP, or ITIL. Central Bank of India subsidiary employees with two years of relevant IT experience are eligible.
Manager – Company Secretary: Candidates must be an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with valid ACS membership. A Fellow Member of ICSI and/or LLB is preferred. A minimum of three years of post-qualification experience as a Company Secretary or in a Secretarial and Compliance role with a Trustee Company, NBFC, bank, or listed entity is required. Central Bank of India subsidiary employees with two years of relevant experience may apply.
Age Limit: The maximum age for all positions is 35 years as of 31 August 2026, with relaxations for SC/ST (5 years), OBC Non-Creamy Layer (3 years), PwBD categories, and Ex-Servicemen as per Government of India guidelines.
Compensation and Service Terms
All Manager positions carry an indicative annual CTC ranging from Rs. 6,00,000 to Rs. 10,20,000. The final CTC will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and current salary, subject to the maximum limit. The initial contract period is three years from the date of joining, with the possibility of year-on-year renewal based on performance, conduct, integrity, suitability, and organisational needs. Appointments may continue until age 60, subject to applicable conditions.
Eligible appointees are entitled to benefits including Provident Fund, gratuity, medical coverage, local travelling allowance, meal coupon allowance, leave facilities, and leave encashment under CFSL's applicable rules. Completion of two years of contractual service does not guarantee regularisation.
Selection Process
The selection process comprises the following stages:
- Shortlisting: A company-appointed committee will establish shortlisting parameters based on qualification, experience, and other relevant criteria. Meeting minimum eligibility requirements does not automatically result in an interview call.
- Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will attend a personal interview, evaluated out of 100 marks. The qualifying mark threshold will be determined by CFSL. No travel or accommodation expenses will be reimbursed.
- Final Selection: Selection will be finalised based on interview performance and an overall assessment of the candidate's experience, suitability, and professional background.
