Remuneration Structure
Compensation is paid as a lump sum and varies depending on the grade of the charge-sheeted officer and the duration taken to conclude the inquiry. A summary of the remuneration is as follows:

Note: An additional 10% of the eligible lump-sum remuneration is payable for clerical and stenographic assistance, wherever applicable.
Eligibility Criteria
- Retirement Status: Applicants must have retired from a Public Sector Bank upon attaining superannuation at the age of 60, holding a position at Scale IV or above (equivalent to Chief Manager or higher).
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in any of the following domains — General Banking Operations, Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, or departmental inquiry processes (as Inquiring Authority, Presenting Officer, or Disciplinary Authority).
- Age Limit: Applicants must not exceed 63 years of age as on the date of publication of the empanelment notification. No age relaxation has been prescribed.
Selection Process
Shortlisted candidates will be called for a Personal Interaction. There is no written examination for this recruitment. Final empanelment will be based on the candidate's professional background, experience, and performance during the interaction.
