Vacancy Details
A total of 3,500 training seats are available across all states and Union Territories in India. The allocation is provisional and subject to the actual operational requirements of the bank. Candidates must select a single state of preference during the application process, and seat allotment will be determined on a need-based distribution across districts within that state. Karnataka has the highest number of seats (581), followed by Uttar Pradesh (409) and Tamil Nadu (391). Each state has specific language requirements for training delivery.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Applicants must possess a Bachelor's degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a university recognized by the Government of India. The degree must have been awarded between 01 January 2023 and 01 September 2026.
Age Requirement: Candidates must be between 20 and 28 years of age as on 01 September 2026. Age relaxation is available for reserved categories (SC, ST, OBC, EWS) and Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD) as per government norms.
Other Requirements: Candidates must register on the NATS (National Apprenticeship Training Scheme) portal before applying through the bank's website. They can apply for training seats in only one state of their choice.
Selection Process
Selection will be based on a merit list prepared at the state level, calculated using marks obtained in 12th Standard (HSC/10+2) or Diploma examinations. Following the merit assessment, selected candidates will undergo document verification to confirm their eligibility. The specific dates for document verification and any local language proficiency tests will be announced separately on the bank's official website.
Application Fee
Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD) categories are exempt from paying the application fee. All other candidates must pay ₹500 (including intimation charges).
