Eligibility Criteria
1. Faculty (1 Post)
Educational Qualification:
- Candidates must hold a graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline (Science, Commerce, or Arts).
- Preference may be given to candidates with specific qualifications such as Master of Social Work, MA in Rural Development, MA in Sociology, MA in Psychology, BSc in Veterinary Science, BSc in Horticulture, BSc in Agriculture, BSc in Agricultural Marketing, or BA with BEd.
Age Limit:
- Applicants should be between 22 to 40 years of age.
Experience:
- Prior experience in a Faculty role is preferred.
Skills:

2. Financial Literacy Counsellor (1 Post)
Educational Qualification:

Experience:
- Candidates must meet one of the following experience criteria:
- A former bank employee with at least five years of experience in a Nationalised Bank, Regional Rural Bank, or Private Bank.
- At least five years of experience in the banking sector, a related financial institution, or an NBFC.
- A former Business Correspondent (BC) or Business Facilitator (BF) with a minimum of five years of experience.
- A former RSETI Director or Faculty with at least three years of experience.
Roles and Responsibilities
Faculty:
The Faculty role involves conducting sessions on entrepreneurship, motivation, personality development, and business management; coordinating training programs; organizing Entrepreneurship Awareness Programmes; assisting with candidate selection; preparing reports and training materials; arranging logistics and guest faculty; and supporting the Director in various administrative and supervisory tasks.
Financial Literacy Counsellor:
The Financial Literacy Counsellor is responsible for providing financial counselling through various channels; educating individuals on responsible borrowing, savings, and financial products; offering debt counselling; promoting financial literacy, banking awareness, and financial planning; assisting with bank account opening; and guiding entrepreneurs in market linkage.
