Vacancy Details
A total of 338 vacancies have been distributed across six District Cooperative Central Banks serving different regions of Andhra Pradesh:
- Chittoor DCCB: 75 Staff Assistant positions (67 open market + 8 PACS quota)
- Kadapa DCCB: 40 Staff Assistant positions (31 open market + 9 PACS quota) and 23 Assistant Manager positions
- Nellore DCCB: 48 Staff Assistant positions (37 open market + 11 PACS quota)

A portion of vacancies in each district (excluding Vizianagaram) are reserved for in-service employees of Primary Agriculture Cooperative Societies (PACS) who meet the prescribed eligibility standards. Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Staff Assistant: Any bachelor's degree from an accredited university, with proficiency in English, working knowledge of Telugu, and basic computer competency
- Assistant Manager: First class bachelor's degree in any stream, or a postgraduate qualification; Commerce graduates must have secured at least 55% marks or First/High Second Class
Domicile Requirement: Applicants must be domiciled in the erstwhile district corresponding to the DCCB where they seek employment. Local status is established through either of these criteria: completion of at least four consecutive academic years of education in the district leading up to SSC-level examination, or continuous residence in the district for a minimum of four years immediately before the SSC-equivalent examination. Candidates not satisfying the four-year requirement may still qualify under extended residency or study provisions within Andhra Pradesh, as detailed in individual district notifications.
Selection Process
The recruitment will follow a multi-stage evaluation framework comprising three key components:
