Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Applicants must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB/BL) from a university recognized by the Bar Council of India.
- Candidates holding an LL.M or a Diploma/Certificate in specialized areas such as Banking Law, Labour Law, Corporate Law, or Property Law will be given preference.
- Enrolment as an Advocate with the State Bar Council is considered desirable.

Experience Requirements
- Assistant General Manager / Senior Manager / Manager (Legal Department): Candidates are required to have at least 5 to 10 years of experience in the banking industry, handling diverse legal matters including civil cases, labour disputes, recovery actions, SARFAESI proceedings, arbitration, scrutiny of legal documents, matters related to loans and advances, claim settlements, HR-related legal issues, and statutory and regulatory banking laws.
- Officer – Legal Department: A minimum of 5 years of experience in the banking sector and associated legal functions is necessary, encompassing civil and labour laws, recovery, SARFAESI, arbitration, legal document verification, and other banking legal concerns.
