Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Cooperative Intern: Candidates must possess an MBA or an equivalent two-year Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from an AICTE/UGC accredited institution, with specialisations in Marketing Management, Cooperative Management, Agri Business Management, or Rural Development Management. Alternatively, a Bachelor's Degree or a Post Graduate Diploma in Agriculture or Cooperation is also acceptable.
- Specialist (Social Mobilisation): Applicants should hold a Graduate degree in Rural Development, Social Work, or Sociology, or be a Graduate with a Diploma in Rural Development or Social Work from a recognized University/Institution.
Experience:
- Specialist (Social Mobilisation): A minimum of five years of relevant experience is mandatory, specifically in areas such as farmer mobilisation, conducting field demonstrations, and organizing village-level meetings.
Application Fee:
An application fee of Rs. 500/- is applicable for all categories (General/OBC/SC/ST) of applicants.
Pay Scale / Stipend
Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend/salary as follows:
- Cooperative Intern: Rs. 25,000/- per month
- Specialist (Social Mobilisation): Rs. 35,000/- per month
Selection Process
The selection process for the Cooperative Intern and Specialist posts at ACAB will involve a Personal Interview.
